BIC Violex celebrates its 50th anniversary!

On June 26th 2024, BIC Violex marked its 50th anniversary. BIC Violex plant in Athens, established in 1952 and officially part of the BIC family since 1974, this incredible facility has grown to become BIC's largest blade excellence production unit worldwide, producing an astounding 25 million shavers per week and home to over 1,500 dedicated members.

In the words of CEO Gonzalve Bich, BIC Violex is “a beacon of innovation and excellence, a cornerstone of our global shaver production, and a testament to our enduring commitment to quality. The next 50 years hold great promise and potential, and we will continue to innovate, adapt, and grow, building upon our legacy of excellence.”

At the celebration of this remarkable milestone, participated the President of the French Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Laurent THUILLIER, the French Ambassador in Greece, Laurence AUER, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), Spyros Theodoropoulos.
