The first micro forest by L'Oréal Hellas
As part of the L'Oréal for the Future global program, L'OREAL For The Future program, L'Oréal Hellas, in collaboration with the Municipality of Athens, is creating a micro Forest in one of the most densely populated areas, in Kypseli. It is a breath-taking project, which embodies L'Oréal's dedication to advocating for sustainability and implementing initiatives for a greener and more sustainable future.
The aim of this effort is to create the conditions for the creation of a forest, that in just 10 years, will have managed to acquire the growth characteristics of a 20-30 year-old habitat, with more than 10,000 plant species and rich biodiversity.
The aspiration is to be expanded across Greece within the next years and impact different cities and citizens, all of us, to be exposed to the benefits of biodiversity.
